Improxfin is the Group’s financial services arm, authorised by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as a licensed financial services provider. It operates in the insurance intermediation space, focusing on short-term insurance distribution and client advisory services. Improxfin is positioned to support product development, channel partnerships, and compliant distribution within the South African regulatory framework.

Improxfin is actively involved in product innovation and structured financial solutions, including initiatives such as the Creative Income Lifeline Protector (CILP), developed to address income volatility within the creative and gig economy

Operating Company

Improx Technologies (Pty) Ltd

Improx Technologies is the Group’s technology development and intellectual property custodian. It holds, develops, and licenses proprietary platforms, systems, and digital infrastructure used across the Group and by external partners. Its focus includes fintech enablement, platform development, and innovation support for Group entities and affiliates.

Bull Dozer Developers (Pty) Ltd (BDZ)

BDZ is the Group’s property and infrastructure development company. It focuses on project execution, site development, and built environment delivery. BDZ operates across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a mandate to support sustainable construction and community-aligned property investment.
