ABOUT HRH PRINCE VUSI DLAMINI SR.

Founder & Chairman, Improx Group International

HRH Prince Vusi Dlamini Sr. is a philanthropist, a South African business leader, strategist, and investor with extensive experience across financial services, technology innovation, infrastructure development, natural resources, and commercial enterprise platforms.

He is widely recognized for his ability to conceptualize and develop scalable business ecosystems that connect corporate partners, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and operational enterprises across multiple sectors.

BACKGROUND

Prince Vusi’s early career in the financial services sector provided extensive experience in insurance distribution, call centre management, and partnership-based sales platforms, leading to the establishment of Improx Call Solutions, which focuses on customer engagement, financial product distribution, and corporate service delivery through structured call centre operations.

FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN

He currently serves as Chairman of Improx Group International, a diversified business group operating across technology development, financial services, infrastructure projects, enterprise support platforms, and strategic investments in emerging markets.

Under his leadership, the group has evolved into a multi-sector platform designed to originate, structure, and scale commercially viable ventures that address structural market challenges while unlocking long-term economic value.

Through the Improx Group and its associated ventures, Prince Vusi has been instrumental in developing business platforms that integrate technology, finance, infrastructure development, and commercial distribution networks.

His strategic approach focuses on building partnerships between corporations, institutional investors, and government stakeholders in order to create scalable enterprise ecosystems.

As a founding director of Improx Technologies, Prince Vusi has played a key role in driving the development of technology-based solutions aimed at addressing systemic challenges within South Africa’s transport and mobility sectors.

The company has explored initiatives involving advanced driver training systems, digital driver evaluation platforms, and transport safety technologies designed to improve driver competency, enhance road safety, and introduce modern standards into driver training frameworks.

These initiatives have involved engagement with multiple institutional stakeholders, including transport authorities, insurance providers, fleet operators, and mobility platforms.

Prince Vusi’s role has been central in structuring the partnerships required to implement such initiatives and align both public and private sector participants.

Alongside this work, Prince Vusi established Improxfin, a financial services platform focused on structuring partnerships, advisory services, and financial distribution solutions.

Through Improxfin, he has been involved in building relationships with insurance providers, financial institutions, and underwriting partners in order to develop scalable distribution networks for financial products.

A BUSINESSMAN

Prince Vusi has also been instrumental in the development of Bulldozer Developers, a property and infrastructure development platform focused on planning and managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Through partnerships with engineering firms, developers, and financial partners, the platform focuses on projects that support urban growth, infrastructure expansion, and community development.

In addition to his involvement in technology, finance, and infrastructure, Prince Vusi has expanded his strategic focus into natural resources and mining development opportunities.

He has been involved in originating and structuring projects related to gold resource development in South Africa, including initiatives involving historical gold tailings deposits and resource recovery operations.

These projects involve the evaluation of historic mining deposits, geological interpretation studies, and the development of commercially viable processing strategies aimed at recovering gold from historical tailings and previously mined areas.

The initiatives form part of a broader development strategy that includes staged project implementation beginning with tailings recovery operations and progressing toward resource mapping, exploration of historic shafts, and potential underground development.

His role in these projects focuses on project origination, strategic structuring, investor engagement, and partnership development, bringing together geological expertise, engineering capability, funding partners, and operational mining teams.

Beyond the core Improx ecosystem, Prince Vusi also maintains interests in consumer-facing enterprises.

He is the majority shareholder of NRG Marketplace, a meat wholesale and retail enterprise supplying quality meat products to both commercial and consumer markets.

The business forms part of a broader investment strategy focused on developing sustainable enterprises that contribute to regional supply chains, employment creation, and economic activity.

Throughout his career, Prince Vusi has consistently operated at the intersection of corporate strategy, capital structuring, technology integration, infrastructure development, and market expansion.

His ability to align corporate partners, investors, regulatory stakeholders, and operating businesses has enabled the development of ventures capable of scaling across multiple industries.

ROYAL HERITAGE

While Prince Vusi holds royal heritage within the Dlamini Kingdom, his professional reputation has been built primarily within the private corporate sector.

He is respected for his entrepreneurial vision, strategic thinking, and ability to facilitate high-level partnerships that bring together institutions, corporations, and emerging enterprises.

In addition to his commercial activities, Prince Vusi remains committed to education and social development initiatives.

He serves as Chairman of the Improx Learner Support Foundation, the social impact arm of the Improx Group, which focuses on educational support programmes, youth empowerment initiatives, and leadership development opportunities across South Africa.

Through his work in business, infrastructure development, technology innovation, natural resources, and philanthropy, HRH Prince Vusi Dlamini Sr. continues to champion enterprise development, strategic partnerships, and inclusive economic participation that contribute to Africa’s long-term growth and prosperity.
